All requests for cancellations of confirmed bookings have to be received in writing at our office in Bangalore.

1. 10% of tariff for cancellation prior to two weeks before check-in date(not inclisive of the check-in date)
2. 50% of tariff for cancellation less than two weeks and prior to two working days before check-in date(not inclisive of the check-in date)
3. No refund or cancellation less than two working days before check-in date(not inclisive of the check-in date)
4. No refund against no show
