Booking will be confirmed only on receipt of full payment. In case of bookings made well ahead, 50% advance to be made at the time of booking, and the balance 50% should be paid 15 days prior to the date of check-in. Bookings made without payment as mentioned above , will be held purely on a tentative basis. We may sell the same to other guests, without notice. We request you to keep track of the status of the tentative bookings.
